This project consisted of removal of the existing concrete topping slab, applying a new waterproofing membrane. Then a drainage course, insulation and new topping slab were installed. The work also included adding new drains and revising the perimeter vehicle and pedestrian barricades. There was also the removal of exterior steel stairs, EIFS repair and expansion joints included in this project.
